Since 1986, we have been producing top-quality flaky pastry for sale to the public and to professional clients. The quality of the product comes essentially from the selected raw materials, and the special recipe passed down from mother to son - something of a family secret.
Our range comprises 3 products, all made exclusively with the finest butter from the Charentes region (Pamplie Butter): flaky pastry, shortcrust pastry and shortbread pastry.
Ingredients: the finest Charentes butter (Pamplie butter), wheat flour, water, salt. Without any chemical products or preservatives.
Packaging: 3kg vacuum-packed pastry roll.
Storage: 30 days in a refrigerator between 0° and 4°C; 18 months in a freezer at -18°C. Preferably, the pastry should be baked within one week of the pack being opened. If not, it should be frozen.
